She currently produces Healthline Radio hosted by Dr. Pressman, airing on AM570 WMCA, AM 970 The Answer, and 1190AM WLIB, 6:00 - 7:00PM Eastern. (Monday through Friday.) Laura has helped many people start or maintain their careers in radio with her twenty-five plus years experience in radio marketing, direct selling and broadcasting, Laura has written for Talkers Magazine, the trade publication to the radio industry and the Electronic Retailer Magazine. Her radio career began as an on-air talent in the early ’90s, writing and performing nationally syndicated comedy bits for Dick Clark’s United Stations Radio Networks. She was also the voice of the NBA (National Basketball Association). In 2006, she hosted Star Gal Astrology Radio, heard nationally on CRN Digital Talk in over 100 markets coast-to-coast.

Working as an author she penned the USA Today Bestseller "Breaking the Rules, Last Ditch Tactics for Landing the Man of Your Dreams" (Career Press) which sold over 125,000 copies nationwide and "Embracing Your Big Fat Ass, an Owner’s Manual". (Simon and Schuster.) with Janette Barber. TV appearances include: ABC World News, MSNBC, Fox News, Rosie O’Donnell Show, Bill O’Reilly, VH1, The Movie Channel, BRAVO, as well as mentions in hundreds of magazines and newspapers nationwide including: The New York and L.A. Times. She’s also written for Fitness Magazine and Tarot.com.

Laura Banks also starred in films produced by Roger Corman with New Horizon Pictures, and was in Star Trek II, The Wrath of Khan (Paramount Pictures). Other credits includes hosting the TV talk show Inside Space for the ScyFi Channel where she interviewed Carl Sagan. She is a member of Screen Actors Guild.
